The hotel is gorgeous with amazing views. Everywhere is spotless and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Pool and Outdoor hot tube/jacuzzi is brilliant. We had a brilliant stay and can't wait to go back. Would highly recommend 👌

We spent 3 nights bed and breakfast in the hotel.
We ate in the Restaurant each evening.
The room was excellent with a great view over the grounds to the Lower Lough Erne.
Breakfast was very good with lots of alternatives.
The food each evening was excellent if a little short on alternatives.
We used the Leisure facilities each day. These were good.
Local National Trust at Castle Coole was a really great tour.
The Stairway to heaven proved a stretch too far for 70 plusses but the walk we completed was really enjoyable.
The only downside, which was beyond the managements control was the weather.

We are annual customers and the Killyhelvin never lets us down. One of the plus points is the staff who go out of their way to make our mental. One person who stands out is Margaret, Dining room manager. Efficient, caring, friendly are a few of her outstanding points.
