    Very impressed with the service at this hotel! The room was clean, spacious, and fully equipped with amenities. Great atmosphere and perfectly suited for our family vacation. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very attentive. We will definitely come back to stay here again if we have the chance."

    2 of us Stayed here 2 times 7 days between the staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are big and clean throughout there's 3 grocery shops and a great place for dinner near the shops the food was delicious. If you are in this seaside town and want a bargain priced hotel that's comfortable for a few nights while travelling it's great

    So với giá tiền 450k/đêm dịp lễ, mình thấy vị trí của phòng khá đẹp và thuận tiện để đi ra biển dù ko nằm ngoài đường chính. Tuy nhiên, dịch vụ ở đây làm mình khá thất vọng: nước nóng ko có, khăn tắm ko có. máy sấy thì phải chạy xuống lễ tân mượn. Điều đáng kể hơn là lúc mình bảo ko có nước nóng, chú chủ cứ ngồi dửng dưng bảo nghiêng vòi về bên trái sẽ có, trong khi bọn mình đã thử rất nhiều lần mà vẫn nước lạnh thì mới chạy xuống hỏi, nói 3 lần thì mới chịu chạy lên xem và bảo là do nhu cầu khách tắm nhiều nên hết nước. Đề nghị khách sạn xem lại khoản này. Thứ 2 là khăn tắm, đã tắm nước lạnh rùi mà ksan còn ko có khăn tắm, trong khi nhà mình checkin lúc hơn 4h chiều - đủ thời gian cho ksan check lại và dọn phòng.
