    Dog barked all night. Difficult to travel when you don't sleep. Hot with one slow churning overhead fan for whole dorm room. Dinner (120k) and boat ride (150k) seemed like high cost for quality. Host was keen to take lots of photos of us for listings. Felt a little like a tourist trap and less like a culture exchange, off season visit, maybe some tourism fatigue (fair). I would try another spot in the area if I returned, but this one is cute with lots of potential and a beautiful view.

    The photos don’t represent how poorly maintained the accommodations are. We were uncharged for a room with AC and it didn’t work. There are wiring issues that cause brown outs and black outs when you or the cabin next to you turns on too many lights. The bathroom had no amenities, soap, towels. A sad old knock off Winnie the Pooh towel hung in the bathroom and it looked like the owners tossed it in there for our use. This place is trying for rustic charm but misses badly due to poor upkeep and the owner only wanting to sell you area tea and a boat ride on the lake. The the food was very good though.
