I was very disappointed with our stay. The room provided was not the same as the one shown in Agoda. When I raised this concern, the staff even confirmed that the room is indeed different, which is unacceptable. I have booked many hotels through Agoda before, and this is the first time I experienced such inconsistency.
The photos online are misleading, and the hotel should update them if there have been changes (such as the tiles or room design). Guests rely on these photos when making a booking, especially since we are paying for what is advertised.
Additionally, the listing stated that WiFi is available, but there was no signal in our room at all. This was very inconvenient.
Overall, the experience did not match what was promised online. I hope the management takes responsibility by updating their listing and ensuring accurate information for future guests.

Vey clean and neat. Good for the price. The staff are great and accommodating.

The rooms are really small and you can hear everything around. A/C is loud. The receptionists were friendly and gave us few recommondations. It was cheap compared to all the other stays. You need to walk 15 minute to El Nido port, which is good after a dinner.
