    My stay at this hotel was disappointing due to several basic service and transparency issues: Misleading room size information – The room size was mentioned as 53 square meters / 570 square feet at the time of booking. In reality, the room was much smaller and nowhere close to the advertised size. This is completely misleading and feels like false representation. No room slippers provided – The room did not have slippers, and there was no carpet. Considering the cold weather, this was uncomfortable. When I requested slippers, I was told that the hotel does not provide them. No complimentary toiletries – I asked for a one-time use toothbrush, but was told to purchase it from the shop. Most hotels provide such basic toiletries as a standard courtesy. Poor breakfast management – After check-in, I was asked multiple times about my breakfast preference for the next day. I clearly mentioned paneer paratha. However, in the morning I was informed that only aloo paratha was available. This showed a complete lack of coordination and was quite frustrating. Inadequate parking facility – The hotel does not have proper or convenient car parking within the premises. Overall, the hotel failed to meet basic hospitality and transparency expectations. The experience did not justify the stay, and I would not recommend this property

    My partner and I stayed at this amazing hotel for 3 night during high season. We were apprehensive about the stay while booking however the rooms and location was amazing. The rooms have all the amenities whilst being clean. I also liked that the bed was not too soft (hotel beds can be a real pain). The location is perhaps the best thing about this hotel as it's near the beach (10 mins walk). Overall, I ll 10/10 recommend this place to people who want to stay in a quiet and peaceful area with walking distance from beach.
