It's look too bad both Agoda and hotel don't have an emergency contact support.... We reach in the facility around mid night due to our transportation issues and during this time, we did not get any call from the facility about our check in status. Once we reach in the Thrissur, we took hours to identify the facility because there was no indicating remarks about this facility.... There is only one Bar we can view while passing through the road.... When we reached in the location as per the Agoda's map, there was completely dark and no light or sign bord was one that time..... We tried to call many times to the facility land line contact number (+914872358664) there were no response..... Late @5.30 am some how the facility reception person show up after our long hours waiting at outside the gate. It was a horrible experience in totally. @Dear Agoda team. You should cross check all these before listing into your site.... Convenience and facility support is very important for a traveller...... Here you(Agoda) failed to endure the safety of the traveller.... We reached at night in an unknown ara (in front of a Bar) as per the facility map shared in the invoice by Agoda... Just imaging, in case any antisocial team was there and they had misbehaved with us during the waiting time in front of the facility gate? Who will take the responsibility of the such incident.....? Agoda is not a traveller safety site.... Just to grab business... I will not advice Agoda as a family supportive site...... I would like to hear from you based on my review. By Agoda team.
