    The hotel is located at a very good place and is value for money. Location: Its located in a very good place and every tour place is very near to it located within 2-3 kms. Rooms: Rooms and washrooms are very spacious and clean with daily cleaning services. Staff: Staff is very courteous and humble and services are very fast and good. Parking: Car parking is available at the backside of the hotel. Preferred for Family with toddlers: Definitely yes.

    Stayed at the hotel for two days. 1. Cleanliness: One reason for booking at high price is the cleanliness which was absolutely lacking. Hotel corridor and rooms were absolutely unclean. There was smell emanating from bedding and I don't know when was it washed. Cleaning staff left someone's used towel in the bathroom. In the corridor, leftover food from plates was not properly cleaned. Overall it was a dirty mess. 2. Breakfast: Same menu for the period of stay. Idli, dosa, omelette and coffee for two days. It was served in the room itself. 3. Restaurant: The menu is exhaustive. But. They offer only limited items to the customers. One can count on fingers the items offered for lunch and dinner. Taste wise the preparation is passable. Nothing too bad and not good either. Location: Hotel is located at unremarkable location. Overall, one can stay at the property only if one can't get other hotels and one has chosen yercaud as the location. Otherwise choose wisely.
