    I stayed here twice and both times it was great. Good breakfast in the morning. Very friendly staff. Great value for the location. They even kept my suitcase while I did a night on the floating Uros Islands. Only complaint is that the drapes are not black-out

    I stayed on 30 August. The staff was exceptional, speaks English and was so helpful. Room is spacious and breakfast decent. My only complaint is the shower pressure and water isn’t hot. Hair dryer is available at front desk. There’s hot water on my floor, 4th with different varieties of teas

    Beware if you’re coming during the winter - like a lot of places in town there’s no heating. Despite my request for a quiet room and being given the noisiest room on the street, the staff after one night was courteous enough to move me to their “sister” hotel just a few blocks away. The breakfast was good and the staff attentive.
