    We had unpleasant experience with front desk staff . They don’t know even a single sentence of English . We booked a room for 3 people . Later my younger daughter also joined us. We tried to add guest through manage my reservations option of Agoda but we were told the maximum capacity of the room is 3 then we tried book one more room but it has not allowed saying sold out / minimum 2 days booking is needed. So we thought of managing our issue after reaching the hotel and told the front desk that we are 4 whether the 4 th Person can be accommodated in the hotel. They said that the rooms are not vacant but 4th person can stay in the same room with additional payment of ***. How is it possible when we asked through Agoda they said it is not possible.? We requested them that we want to see the room before payment whether the room is adequacy or not . But they have not allowed us to see the hotel room . The Manager of the hotel is rude and shouted us how can 4 people’ can stay with booking made for 3 even after willing to pay the additional amount requested by them. They have put additional mattress in the room and allowed us to stay . They have not given any receipt for 2000 additional amount . They also collected additional 200 JPY from each person over and above the payment done through Agoda with out explaining the reason for the additional payment of 200 JPY from each person. The hotel room and facility in the room are good and the room is spacious. It is far away from the Center. We should have been happy if the front desk people and manager are polite. The hotel ownership should take care of this . Whether **** charged has gone to the hotel or in to the pocket of manager , we are not sure ?

    It is out of our expectation and this is the best self service accommodation / Airbnb that we had among the 2 others that we stayed in Tokyo and Osaka.

    Honestly, wasn't expecting so much amenities. It's a nice place and close to a station. My favorite thing was the clothes dryer in the shower room.
