    Great Stay with Minor Walkability Issue The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with reliable hot water adding to the comfort. The staff was exceptionally helpful, contributing to a pleasant experience. Convenient parking and transport options made getting around easy. Overall, the location was excellent and cleanliness was top-notch, making it a great value for the price.

    This place is absolutely stunning A quiet place and with such amazing views. Fortunately, when we arrived ,weather was also too good . Good food bit expensive but its okay. Staff is very very nice EXCEPT for the person sitting on front desk / reception. He was cold , rude and had no warmth. Nothing welcoming about his attitude , that was a spoiler. He was doing his job quite mechanically and seemed as if someone is serving his notice period. We found the attitude somewhat very strange and therefore had to mantion.Just one person. Rest the entire staff was very courteous. We loved each bit of it. Even while leaving , the front desk manager didnt even wished a customary good bye / safe journey. We have done endless journeies and this was surprising . One more thing which came as a red flag was that we had a minor medical emergency at night in which my foot bled badly due to an insect/ leech bite. They did sent a local staff to examine the bite mark (a young boy from housekeeping, he was warm friendly guy and he assured us that its not a serioud issue) but surprisingly they didnt had a Dettol/ antiseptic with them. It was 10.30-11 at night. Thankfully, We had our dettol wipes and hansaplast so we managed on our own but having such basic medical kit is like a protocol. We have no issues with housekeeping or room service or resturant staff. They were too good . Rooms are neat and clean. Property is amazing. Location and views all exceptional. Just these two things that made our experience bit unpleasant. Still , we loved the place. Sept 25- Sept 27
