The area is high in the mountains, far from town with beautiful stunning views. The checkin process was smooth, after asking for, I was giving introduction and information about the hotel. The pool which is offered temperature controled, coul be used in the second day of my stay. The room is amazing, big and cosy. I booked the all-in (high tea, dinner and breakfast ), which is the best option if you are staying in the hotel the whole time. Super delicious restaurant and delicious meals, best quality. The hotel is not as "advertised" wheelchair friendly, unless you want to stay 24 hrs in your room, the access to the restaurant and the pool is with a lot of stairs. The staff is very nice and helpful. I appreciate making my day unforgettable in their resort. 100% recommended.

stayed here for a night in the presidential suite(which i was upgraded to from the cabin room), beautiful room with a jaccuzzi and a huge balcony overlooking the mountains, the food was also good, the location is a bit offbeat but good for those who like to spend time at the hotel property.

We had a lovely stay at Justa. The rooms were comfortable and well-kept, staff were helpful, and honestly the view from the property is one of the best you’ll find in Dharamshala — mountains all around, very peaceful setting. The only downside was the approach road leading up to the resort, which is in pretty rough shape — narrow, bumpy, and a bit tricky to navigate, especially if you’re traveling with kids or lots of luggage. Would recommend factoring in extra time for the drive up and going slow. Apart from that, everything about the stay was smooth. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a scenic, quiet getaway in Dharamshala — just be prepared for the drive in.

Recently i stayed in this property with my family. To be honest place was good but property was too small especially Bsthroom. Booked at ₹6410 for a night was seriously overpriced as No comfort was there at all. Instead I would recommend to go for other far better property than this. Even food was pathetic. And swimming pool was just like a hole on the road which we generally sees in India. Wasted my money out here by staying for 1 night.
