Food is too expensive and not up to the mark

Limited staff, kitchen staff was doing everything from luggage to room service They clubbed us with a private party, may be they opened their rooms due to last minute cancellations, but everything was so uncomfortable They denied to serve us in their kiychen, said only room service is allowed cz of the private parties; after much argument They agreed They tried to put us in compulsion of taking the buffet, which was pathetic, denying ala carte Kitchen staff was cooperative but overall management n services r pathetic, . They dont even have basic mosquito repellent machines.. Advise to Agoda - Kindly check with ur partners before opening the bookings, do not club individual bookings where they have private functions.

It was pleasant stay

My experience at juSTa Sariska Resort was extremely disappointing and frustrating. The booking was made for 4 people and 2 rooms, but I accidentally selected 2 adults instead of 4 adults while making the reservation. The resort then charged me an additional ₹3,000 for the two extra people. While I understand that there may be a difference in tariff based on occupancy, considering that I had already booked and paid for 2 separate rooms, I felt this additional charge was excessive and could have been handled much more reasonably. The food was another major disappointment. The salad & other items served to us appeared stale, and several other dishes seemed to be simply reheated rather than freshly prepared. For the prices they charge, the food quality was nowhere close to what I expected. To make matters worse, there was also an issue with the tea bill, where they tried to overcharge me and I had to point it out. The food is extremely expensive, and unfortunately the quality does not justify the prices. Overall, between the unexpected additional charges, questionable food quality, and billing issues, this was a terrible experience. For a resort charging premium prices, I expected much better hospitality, transparency, and food quality. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property based on my experience.
