    Highly recommend to stay in the seaview room with balcony for fireworks viewing. Location was very strategic and we did get front row viewing from our room. Very comfortable and nice deco room. The bathtub was very spacious and also the bed. Just be prepared for late night music as the gastropub is right infront. Not recommended if your after peace and quiet. We loved it 😉

    As much as I hate giving negative reviews, this one definitely deserves one and it takes a lot for me to leave a negative review. The room was horrible. It feels humid. The odour is terrible, a mix of humidity and toilet smell. There were moth larvae all over the ceiling and walls. I informed the receptionist to which she said they were not dangerous, but she will clean it up. Once we got back to the room, she removed part of them and they landed on the bed and our luggage. Sleeping with that kind of smell in the room was impossible. Stay away from this place. Not even worth one star

    We reached the hotel 1 hour before the check in time. We requested for an early check in but the staff refused rudely without even checking our booking. I had a two year old infant with me who wanted to have feed. I requested the hotel staff to atleast provide me a room to feed my cranky baby- she outrightly refused and asked me to feed him in common washroom. It was my baby’s birthday so we reqested for a complimentary cake for him much in advance. They responded on the day of check in that they won’t do that. All this when they have a speacialized bakery in the hotel itself. The room was spacious with good ocean view, however, there was a constant foul smell for which they had kept room freshner in the elevator. Lastly, they don’t have a restaurant of their own and they provide breakfast coupons for a nearyby restaurant. The said restaurant is very tacky with limited food options. There was no veg food options. The restaurant was quite dirty. Overall okayish stay with a good view but rude staff. Not recommended for family.
