O hotel e muito bem localizado, uma construção antiga e o quartos tbm, mas tudo bem limpo, um café da minha simples mas tudo muito novo e apetitoso.

El metro está muy cerca y es una zona céntrica
Muchos restaurantes cerca del lugar
Recomiendo no ir en carnavales, porque la gente orína y huele feo al rededor de toda la zona del centro, eso incluye también a este hotel. Hay gente durmiendo en la calle, ya aunque no me pasó nada, se ve peligroso. Para ser temporada alta de carnavales el precio fue accesible a comparación de los demás! Espero que en otras fechas todo sea más aseado. Por lo demás todo ok!

I used Agoda to book my reservation. It said that the hotel had wifi and television and air-conditioning.
There was NO wifi in the room and the TV didn't work. Also, the TV is an old basic TV with only basic cable.
The air conditioner was also old and the surrounding opening was closed by a piece of Styrofoam stuffed into the gap.
The is a bar next to the hotel that played music very loudly until 1am.
I had specifically asked for a room that would be quite at night but that didn't happen. Most of the staff don't care at all about the guests. I did have a couple of staff members that tried to help me but there wasn't much that they could do because of the poor facilities. Pay a little more and stay somewhere better. It will be worth it.
I checked out of the hotel after only one night.
It was very stressful there
