We had such a very accomodating stay in Island World for 3 days and 2 nights. They were so helpful on all our requests and were very fast on their response whenever we need help on something. We mostly ate only breakfast and drank coffees during our stay and it’s good enough to satisfy the morning hunger. We only had one problem during our stay which is the air conditioning unit on the other room is not cooling up the room up until the end of our stay. I hope they will fix that soon so that other guests can comfortably stay on that bedroom. For the people who will stay here, this is beyond the resort’s control but I would just like to inform that the network signal here is very low to none especially on Smart, Globe has a little bit more coverage. All in all, we would rate our whole stay a 4.8 out of 5, a rating of 5 if it wasnt for the faulty air conditioning. The staffs here are very nice and always has this welcoming smile and vibe especially April and Joanne.

We stayed here for two nights and it was awesome! The room was spacious and had its own bathtub. The location is super convenient—Alona Beach is just a short walk away. Our only issue was that the AC didn't get cold enough, likely because the room was too big for the unit

Location is very near the airport and has free shuttle around Alona Beach. The staff was very approachable in all of my requests.

Expensive but location was okay + free shuttle going to the beach. The CR has a funky smell though.
