    Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing due to several issues. Upon arrival, we were given a room different from the one we booked, and when we raised the concern, we felt that we were simply being asked to accept whatever room was available. There is also no clear communication between the hotel and agoda (where we booked our stay) because at first we were asked to pay for the breakfast although it is inclusive on what we paid for the booking The room had small cockroaches, no telephone, poor bathroom drainage, and drinking water was not replenished daily. Mobile signal was also extremely poor, with both Globe and Smart barely working. Good thing they have wifi. Breakfast service was very slow, and we did not feel it was worth the price. Fortunatley, the staff in the kitchen and security was polite and accommodating. The beach was also quite rocky, making swimming difficult, and our room was not made up during our stay. We also felt that our concerns were not handled very well by one of the front-desk staff members. She did not explain what is included on our stay, she only gave our room key. Overall, there were simply too many issues considering the price we paid. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the room assignment, housekeeping, maintenance, breakfast service, and customer service.

    My husband and I celebrated our birthdays in Siquijor, and we stayed for 4D/3N at Isla Mystica Beach Resort. The resort is new, staff are super friendly, courteous and accommodating. Highly recommendable. 👌👍

    Room was well presented and tidy however on first day toilet did not flush engineer called to fix. Restaurant has only about 50% of food on their menu had to reorder two or three times as didn’t have what we ordered from menu we order even when order soft drinks they did not have coke one evening. Waiting time for food much longer than expected average time….disappointed
