    Panoramic view of the sea right from your balcony. Service staff was also very good. Hoped for more breakfast choices tho.

    We stayed at the resort for 6 nights, and we absolutely loved it!! The resort and facilities were great, and the resort had the best sunset views!! The staff were more than amazing and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable, they made the sweetest arrangement when they knew we were celebrating our anniversary, and we were also upgraded to an ocean view room! The food quality in Amber was not really the best, and the hotel is a bit dated (but we understand that there will be renovations), the resort is also located pretty far from the center and all the activities, but if you’re aiming for relaxation and tranquility, then this is the best option in our opinion. We cannot wait for our next visit!

    location of the hotel is very far from the city, pool facilities are small and full of kids, staff by the pool was not welcoming , also in the Flame restaurant I asked for happy hour drinks promotion got told by a male waiter that happy hour is finished although it was 6:45PM, still have 15 mins , when I checked in to the hotel at late night first day, staff was not welcoming and I asked for welcoming drinks .
