Indigo

The location was perfect. Our room did get flooded with water from a neighboring toilet that was clogged and being worked on. Some of our bags and food items were ruined and we were worried about getting sick since there was fecal matter in the water. Other than that we enjoyed our stay! They have reached out and said they will refund us for 1 nights stay.

We have stayed at Indigo Inn for 10 yrs or longer when it was family owned and when it was also owned by the Hotel next door this was a top notch facility then but now it is nasty only one elevator there is no ice machines, no drink machines you have to go to the lobby and buy a can drink from them for 3.00 yes for 1 can we had to keep going and asking for towels the whole week we was there our room was never cleaned by maid we went down to get towels one evening and sorry we dont have any what how do you not have any towels, I worked on the AC for 2 hours our first night it was hot in our room when I got it apart oh my the nastiness in the coils causing it to freeze up the thermostat wire was pinched into I cleaned the coils repaired the tstat wire and atleast it was cold, on to the pool I would have not let my labs in the pool looks like it had t been cleaned in years you could look at the pools beside and below Indigo and see how pretty and blue the water was well not in this one or the hot tub so the rooms was nasty and nobody offers to clean them no towels im just gonna stop and say DO NOT STAY IN THIS PLACE worst money I’ve ever spent and this is my first time ever leaving a review and it’s a bad one I wouldn’t do this to hurt anyone or the business but to protect the people spending money like myself I had to work a lot of overtime to take my family to beach for a week and then it get taken by people that don’t care..
