    Very good value budget hotel near many cafes and bistros 15-20 minutes walk from MRT or to Silom Highstreet or Lumphini Park. Spacious room.

    Only 15-20 minutes walk from Lumphini metro or Silom high street. On your doorstep are numerous 8/12 stores, fancy western cafes and bistros juxtaposed with Thai street food options. Room is spacious and well maintained. Lift is quick. Staff respond kindly to requests and questions. Bed is comfortable but not too comfortable. WiFi works very well. Desk and chair if you need to work too. Overall, a pleasant repeat stay for visitors who want a certain hotel standard but on a limited budget!

    I booked a 17-day stay here specifically because the Agoda listing advertised a "full kitchen". Upon check-in, there was no kitchen at all. When I brought this to the front desk's attention, they deflected blame and claimed. "Agoda lied", even though hotels manage their own listing descriptions. Because I was traveling from overseas and staying long-term, I could not easily pack up and leave. The hotel's "fix" was moving me from a Superior to a deluxe room just for one room only and giving me two microwaves. Two microwaves do not equal a full kitchen. If you are a long-term traveler relying on a kitchen to cook meals, do not book this hotel. The amenities listed are completely misleading. Furthermore, I personally inspected their larger Two-Bedroom Suite for an upcoming group trip because it also claimed to have a "Full Kitchen". It does not. It is entirely a bait-and-switch. The hotel is knowingly misrepresenting its property to get bookings. Their Internet connection is not that good either. Travelers beware.
