    The hotel is set in the hub for dining, a few drinks and the Tube and trains to Kent, also Close to food halls and major shopping outlets.

    My family and I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency London Stratford. The hotel is excellent, the rooms are comfortable, and the location is incredibly convenient, especially for anyone visiting London for the first time. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location, right next to Westfield Stratford City. Having such a large shopping mall just steps away is fantastic, and the easy access to the Tube makes travelling around London extremely convenient. A special thank you to Aaron, who assisted us during both check-in and check-out. He is an amazing guy! He helped us with our luggage, made sure everything went smoothly, and even assisted us in booking a car to the airport. His friendliness and willingness to help made our experience even better. Our room was excellent, very clean, well maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and we enjoyed a restful stay throughout our visit. The only thing I personally missed in the bathroom was a health faucet (handheld bidet), which is practically a necessity for us Bangladeshis, lol! However, I understand that this is not a common feature in UK hotels, so I can certainly let that one slide. 😄 One important thing to know before arriving: The hotel's main entrance and luggage collection arrangements can be a little confusing for first-time visitors. If you are arriving by taxi with luggage, you should ideally inform the hotel beforehand so they can assist you with collection from the main road. Otherwise, your taxi may need to enter the Westfield parking area, which can be a little tricky to navigate if you are unfamiliar with the location. However, this is not a major issue. The hotel staff are extremely helpful, and if you contact them before arriving, they will guide you through the process and assist you with your luggage. The reception and breakfast teams were also wonderful throughout our stay. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Overall, Hyatt Regency London Stratford is a fantastic hotel with an excellent location, comfortable rooms, and genuinely helpful staff. The minor inconvenience with the entrance and luggage collection is easily manageable with a little advance planning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return on our next visit to London. Highly recommended, especially for families looking for a comfortable hotel with excellent shopping and transport connections!
