    Stayed with my family. Attended a conference in Excel London, just a few stops away from the Blackwall station. Very near to the O2 area and Canary Wharf train station. Left my black hoodie in my the closet in the bedroom . The staffs were very prompt to reply and checked with their housekeeping staffs. Unfortunately the hoodie cannot be found .

    Good place to stay for winter/ spring/ fall, however difficult in the summer time as there is no air conditioning in the rooms. Thankfully the staff was able to find a portable Air conditioner for us to use.

    I was optimistic from the photos but very disappointed to arrive and find out only when I entered the room that the aircon was broken. I'd instead been given a floor-standing fan and only one slightly openable window. That would probably have been fine but the morning of check out, I opened the extractor fan above the hob and the panel above it fell off and injured my wrist. On inspection, it was clearly not attached and just balanced precariously above the fan. Very disappointing as the staff seemed nice enough and the location was good.
