The place looks like its seen better days. I can deal with aesthetic issues, so the looks dont bother me much.
The sound from the mall traffic is a bit much but again, ive dealt with worse so no foul there.
The parking garage fee was... unexpected, unplanned for, but not uncommon.
Theres no working fan in the bathroom...
The fridge never got cold, our leftovers are out of luck...
The part that really ruined my short stay was the absolute lack of hot water. Hand washing, the hot water never kicked on. Showering, the water felt fine for about 2 minutes before the hot water completely disappeared (no exaggeration) . My wife had an opportunity to shower very briefly, while my son and I were left rushing through cold showers. Not cool.... but cold.
So yeah, not cool at all.
As I type this I await the handy man the come "take a look" at the water... at 10pm. Something tells me cold showers await us in the morning.
