The hotel itself is clean. Half of the facilities mentioned are not available. On my first day the staff told me not to eat inside the room and they do not let you order in the room. We did it anyway because the rule does not make any sense. Why should one go outside everyday for every meal.
They clean the room only when you request them, not everyday as they should. They clean it very late in the afternoon and they clean it very badly. The sheets and towels are used and do not look very hygienic. If you are charging 3000 pax per night, you should have the services like one....they do not replace the toiletries every day. If you are living there for a week, you have to use the miniature soap for the entire time.
The location is very congested. The hotel lobby is very congested too, reception is on the first floor...and the lift is very late. It works in 0.25x speed.....if by chance you get the elevator on your floor, it's well and good, rest of the time you have to wait atleast for 20minutes.
If you are going specially for medical purposes, only book this hotel. Otherwise there are far better options with good staff behaviour.
