    This is a really friendly and welcoming hotel. When we arrived the staff went out of their way to find us a safety deposit box that worked. They always greeted us every time we wer in contact with them. When I had my passport stolen they advised us to report it to the police and gave us breakfast on our return as we had not eaten. The hotel is ideally situated on a bus route into Venice with the bus stop within 2min walk. Also close to Mestre Railway Station. The room was clean and had excellent air con. I will definately return to this hotel.

    This is the MOST STRESSFUL HOTEL during our trip (and we had 3 since germany and then other parts in Italy! Only 3 because we stay long per hotel). We didn’t have any problems until they placed a finicky Italian right next to our room (knowing we have a child in there). Yes, because that’s what they said “because he’s Italian.” This other customer reported us for being noisy while we were just taking a shower and then it went downhill from there. S/he kept reporting us for every little thing! What didn’t help was that management was so afraid of this guy that they were following his orders around instead of finding a solution to help both customers. I mean, we were booked a week in advance with knowledge that we had a 1 year old! They should’ve warned us it wasn’t family friendly. They wanted our toddler to basically stay still and stop talking INSIDE OUR ROOM lol. Even warned us they were going to report us to the police (for what? We weren’t playing loud music or partying in there. we were just preparing for the night with our baby). It didn’t help that the walls were so thin, you can hear strollers moving around even in other floors and people talking or opening doors. They kept knocking our door all throughout the night and disturbing our privacy for just moving in there. It was awful and very stressful. PS: -They placed us in the 3rd floor with no elevator and so many luggages. -Stopped replying to inquiry prior our stay and so I was forced to message them again using my husbands number and they got even more paranoid even though we were already booked with them
