    This is a really friendly and welcoming hotel. When we arrived the staff went out of their way to find us a safety deposit box that worked. They always greeted us every time we wer in contact with them. When I had my passport stolen they advised us to report it to the police and gave us breakfast on our return as we had not eaten. The hotel is ideally situated on a bus route into Venice with the bus stop within 2min walk. Also close to Mestre Railway Station. The room was clean and had excellent air con. I will definately return to this hotel.
