    This hotel is clearly not ready for guests yet as you can see from photos No wifi working,rooms weren't clean, staff were good and trying there best, Agoda should refund

    The hotel has been open 6 weeks but is unfinished. Room was unclean, TV brand new but untuned. Workmanship terrible, uncleaned grout and construction dirt and dust in bathroom, dirty toilet and bench top, unfinished cabinets, builder’s handprints all over cabinets, floor dirty. Blood on clean sheets, plastic still on mattress from factory. No restaurant for breakfast and was 45 mins late from time requested. I can not see how this is listed as 5 star.
