Without permission hotel staff sent beggers to the room at night 10:30 Pm because they say tgat i called them upstairs without confirming and consent they gave them my details and room number etc. it was very shocking On complaint they become rude and said "Koi na ohna ne kehra Goli maarti " It was very very disappointing Never wanna go again ever again

This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel. Prices have increased but I was allotted an ac room even though I had booked a non ac room. The decor of the rooms on the reception floor are much better than on the floor above it, where I had stayed last time. Staffs were really nice. However, the wifi was not functional.

The Room was bad, There was no window and no outside view, The bathroom was too small. There was always noise coming from everywhere inside and outside the hotel. The outside noise was understandable because of the traffic and the railway station but inside the hotel noise was too much. I was unable to sleep for 2 days. No proper hot water in basin and for bathing. If you want a peaceful and noise free environment please prefer some other options.
