    Our experience was extremely disappointing. The first room we were given had stained bed sheets, hair on the bed, and it was obvious that the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained for a long time. The cupboard was also in very poor condition. We complained to the staff, and they changed our room. Unfortunately, the second room was even worse. It also had stained bed sheets, the air conditioner was leaking water, there was a strong unpleasant smell, and the room was clearly not maintained. The overall cleanliness and condition were unacceptable. The situation became more concerning when my daughter developed an allergic reaction shortly after entering the room, which made us very worried. Due to the poor hygiene, lack of maintenance, and concerns for our family’s health, we decided to check out immediately and leave the property. Overall, this was a very poor experience. The hotel needs to improve its housekeeping standards, room maintenance, and hygiene. I would not recommend staying here until these issues are properly addressed.

    We stayed here for one night. From the moment we checked in, the staff were very polite, helpful, and easy to communicate with and guided us as well. However, our experience was spoiled because we found 'BED BUGS' in the room no. 212. My mom was bitten all over her back, legs, and forearms, which was very upsetting. I was shocked to face such a serious hygiene issue at a 3-star hotel. I hope the management takes immediate action to resolve this problem so other guests don't have to go through the same experience.

    Not spacious, misleading information given on the website is that the room area is 37m². Deluxe room and standard room size is equal and approx 17m². Luggage cabinet/closet is not available. Not spacious living room and no space for even Luggage trolley. Hardly one can move around in the deluxe double room.Restaurant only provide breakfast (not lunch or dinner). Only clean washroom and silent room is the quality of the hotel. For 2 persons, one must book room containing 2 king size beds for smooth stay.
