    Do not stay here. We paid over 2,600 rupees for one night, expecting decent basic amenities and a comfortable place to rest after touring Delhi. Instead, it was a complete disaster from start to finish. The negative experience began right at check-in with a completely unwelcoming vibe from the staff. When we entered the room, it was bare and just a bed and a television with barely any working channels. Furthermore, essential amenities were entirely absent.. There were no toiletries, complimentary bottled water, or coffee facilities, and the towels provided were still wet. The service issues continued at check-out. We had previously requested drinking water from room service, only to find it added to our final bill. Although the management eventually waived the charge after we disputed it, the attempt to charge for basic hospitality needs was highly unprofessional.. Agoda should thoroughly vet and audit properties before listing them on their platform to ensure they meet basic service standards. I advise travelers to look elsewhere for better value and service.

    Hotel is walking distance from New Delhi Railway Station Staff is cooperative. Manager is polite & helpful Rooms are neat, clean & confirtable
