I initially just chose this hotel because of its close proximity to the bus station. However I was in for a treat. The room was clean and comfortable, the hotel decor was chic and warm, and the breakfast was absolutely incredible.
I definitely wish my bus wasn't so late so I could have enjoyed the hotel bar.
The staff was always a delight and so kind when I was checking in and out. I would love to come again and stay longer next time

Zagreb is pricey. This is a good value for money.
Cons: Not much in the neighbourhood. Arrive at 8pm, asked the front desk about shops and restaurants. I was told shops all close at 8pm. Turn out the Timmy 2 mins away opens till 9pm. Managed to get a couple of big bottles for water. Restaurant wise, I was pointed to the hotel pizza place / Italian restaurant. Not what I wanted. Then I was told no restaurants nearby. I cannot blame him, though. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. But not for someone arrive late.

No kettle, no tissue paler, no coffee or tea in the room. Have to bring your own cup to restaurant downstairs to get the hot water that is not convenient for the guest. The room has some smell, I open the window to get the fresh air. I couldn’t feel comfortable.
