    Location is very good. Next to malls and many shops and eateries in the surrounding area. Clean room and comfortably spacious for a single person. Nice and comfortable bed and pillow for a good night sleep. Super friendly staff. Parking is hard to find though during office working hours.

    Pros: 1. Super cheap 2. Good location Cons 1. No sound proof at all. Not suitable for light sleepers. People chit chatting till 12 something midnight, waken up by chatting sound 7 something in the morning 2. Toilet and room is nicely cleaned up, but need to put their bedsheet and blanket aside, too itchy when sleeping on them

    The bathroom has a big step, not suitable for elderly or people with bad or knee injuries. Noise insulation quite bad, literally can hear everything
