    Excellent service from the friendly receptionist. The budget room was well-priced, kept very clean, and felt comfortable.

    I stayed 2 nights with my son. The room was not bad, but ants coming from the floor. So that need to clean more deep cleaning.

    the aircon is not working, only can feel warm air. A very small toilet. The room with mouldy smell once I entered.

    First of all.. Need to complaint regarding front desk counter receptionist staff the one working morning shift Chinese OKU guy very rude not polite to customer at all.. Customer request change room also he said cannot. I stayed for 2 night.. Took 1 family room on the first day stay room just OK.. U can't expect too good.. Lousy.. No provide shampoo.. No provide drinking bottle.. Drinking class not that clean.. Next day took Small room 1 queen bed.. Still looks just the same.. Nothing different.. I receive complaint from front desk chinese OKU guy mentioning got curry stain on the bed sheet.. He said can't wash he got scolded from housekeeping and then he scolded me back.. What the heck. I didn't do on purpose.. I apologise mention sorry andi be careful next time but he seems can't accept it what sorry sorry all shouted at me.. Lucky for him I was still good mood that time otherwise I scolded him back for bad service .. I appreciate the kindness on the noon shift staff Chinese lady.. She seems polite knows what to give customer better stay to live in the room.. She even give option to change room if the Singapore Channel are working because the room that I stayed didn't have Singapore Channel at all but unfortunately the other room also didn't have Singapore Channel but it's OK as long she trying to help customer to had better pleasant stay.. But honestly overall Horrible experience hope manager or the owner of this hotel could contact me soon as possible. Not sure want to repeat stay next time or not if this keep on repeating.. I seriously demand an apology.. Too bad I had to be honest here.
