Pros:
- Near Toyama Station and tram stations
- Near 7-Eleven
- Daily changing of towels and refill of toothbrush/toothpaste
- Room has electric kettle, refrigerator, full sized mirror, sofa, TV, remote control for different settings for lights
- Body wash and shampoo are provided in the bathroom
- Has vending machine at the lobby
- Bed, comfy, and blanket are comfortable enough
Cons:
- No bidet at toilet
- Carpet has stains
- I prefer to have an extra pillow

Good location. Just 5 mins walk from toyama station. The rooms were clean and the owner was nice. Stayed for 3 nights and they accomodate us with fresh towels and amenities every day. A good place to stay and the price is affordable. Highly recommended.

My recent stay at this hotel was an interesting experience. It's run by an old-fashioned couple who aren't very familiar with modern customer service standards. They lack the Japanese politeness I've come to expect, often giving short, blunt responses.
While there weren't any major issues during my stay, the facilities are outdated, and the locks felt old and unreliable. One notable downside is that there's no cleaning service until you check out, which may not suit everyone's preferences.
The couple seemed to get a bit confused when dealing with non-Japanese guests, which made me wonder if they prefer Japanese clientele. However, they did help me by storing my luggage after I checked out, which I appreciated.
Overall, this hotel has a unique old-fashioned charm, but it may not be the best choice for those seeking modern amenities and exceptional customer service.
