    The Owner of the hotel is very helpful. He helped us with ujjain darshan, he arranged a car for us to visit omkareshwar. Hat's off to the owner who pays attention to customer's demands 24x7. Hotel's staff is also very attentive.

    Both the facility and staff behaviour issues are there. Staff behaviour is too rude and he always try to convey you to book taxi for their own commission. Cleannesses is not up to mark. Washroom needs to clean and air-fresher.

    Hotel service was very good. We reached early so they arranged the room early and next day we left early so they gave tea also at 3 am which was out of box service. They served food and breakfast which was a great taste. Location is also near to Mahakal Mandir and station. So all in all the I will surely recommend to stay at this hotel
