    What's the point of charging guests smoking penalty when the money is not used to clean the room? I need to remove the air con filter n wash myself.

    Booked for 2 nights but in the end did an early check out after 1 night . Stayed at room 203. Room smell musky upon enter. Air-conditioning need 10mins to cool up the room, and even blasting at 16degrees.. we don't need any blanket. Sound proofing was bad. Pillows have smell. Thus only 1 card is provided, so we can't leave the air con on. The common area like corridors, lift are not air-conditioned. The only decent place is the check in counter. Will not revisit.

    Hotel is located along a busy road. Expect vehicular noise up to midnight. Heater is not warming up the water. Toilet bowl is not able to flush efficiently luckily it was our check out time already when it totally stopped flushing.
