    I want to give this place a decent rating since the room was good, the hotel is in a quiet spot and there are some nice views out front. However, it's worth mentioning we booked and paid for our room in advance but upon arrival were told the room we booked was not available. Though we paid at least 400 Rs/night extra for a balcony room, we were only refunded 100 Rs/night for the difference. The man was rude to us when we complained and said we were 'lucky to have a room at all'. They said a room was available in a couple of days but we were never moved. Toilet paper is also not included so bring your own. If you want a hot shower longer than a few minutes, you have to turn on the hot water at least 30-45 minutes in advance. We also overheard others complaining that they were being ripped off.
