    The hotel is surrounded by hills and clouds touch the room's balcony we booked superior king suite both sides big balcony’s beautiful view and in front of the hotel good restaurants old German etc

    Very disappointing stay. The room was not properly cleaned when we arrived there were hairs everywhere, the bathroom floor was still wet, and the rug looked dirty and unhygienic. The hotel also did not provide basic amenities as expected. What was shown in the Agoda pictures was completely different from the actual room we received. The condition of the room did not match the listing at all. Overall, it was a really bad experience and I would not choose to stay here again.
