    They charge extra for 2 days. . And tripli hotel shivaay dont let us allowed to eat non veg...and receptionist arrange with us about this...the front desk staff is not good in communication...even agoda app also not supposed us the same time I keep asking from the application but they can't resolved it's...

    Very disappointing stay. The room was not properly cleaned when we arrived there were hairs everywhere, the bathroom floor was still wet, and the rug looked dirty and unhygienic. The hotel also did not provide basic amenities as expected. What was shown in the Agoda pictures was completely different from the actual room we received. The condition of the room did not match the listing at all. Overall, it was a really bad experience and I would not choose to stay here again.
