The hotel is near to Fes train station. The room is clean and good for 3 adults. The breakfast also good. The staff are nice

For Moroccan 500m distance is still "very near." But this hotel indeed not so far away, even when it's not that near but at least walkable. Nearby main roads where you can buy second hand goods at night. Finding mineral water maybe a challenge since I cannot locate the shop selling it but finally managed to find in the main road's tobacco shop. The room was spacious just that it tended to wet the whole floor maybe due to poor drainage system. Hotel came with free Moroccan breakfast that's always super generous. Nice experience at affordable price. Will stay there again if ever I return to Morocco.

The building with its courtyard and verandas is nice, the location is good , staff is friendly and rates are moderate. On the other hand, rooms are very basic, there are no facilities to speak of, no hot water and the bathroom had a sewer stench. At least WiFi worked well.
