    I enjoyed my time in Gen San probably the most. I really enjoyed the dinner and the pool at this location. The price was more than reasonable. And the rooms AC was quite good. Had no hot water, but who wants to take a hot shower in the hot outside weather?

    It was a wise stay. Near our event place ra maong I chose the place. While I am on my event, my family had fun with the pool. Also food is available within the vicinity. There is a cafe too, if u want to chill. Staff are friendly. Feels like home ra.

    This was my 2nd stay at p.inc and unfortunately it will be the last. I was pretty surprised after checking in on how very dirty the room was, it was like no one swept or mopped in over a year, and no one dusted anything ever. The back door is forever open so mosquitoes will be coming into the room. The pool, the reason i loved p.inc the first time, got more and more green every day, pretty gross. The last straw was the zero water pressure in the shower, i ended up just checking out and goin to another hotel. Hopefully management can get their hotels quality under control and find some actual workers and no people that just play on their phones all day while the quality of the hotel suffers. I cant reccomended when theres many other options just near by.
