    This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment I arrived until I checked out, there were issues that made the stay extremely uncomfortable and frustrating. First, the parking charges were very expensive, and this was not clearly mentioned beforehand. I only found out about the charges after arriving, which was already disappointing. The room itself was also far from what I expected. The bedsheet had visible stains, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel. Cleanliness should be the most basic standard, especially when guests are paying for a hotel stay. But the worst issue was the water supply. When I first arrived, the water pressure was already extremely weak. The next morning, when I woke up, there was no water at all. I had to call the hotel and wait for almost 2 hours, yet even when the water finally came back, the pressure was still extremely low and the water was dirty. The hotel only provided mineral water, which obviously was not sufficient for properly getting ready. I had an important meeting that morning and, because of this situation, I had to reschedule my meeting. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and affected my plans. For the amount paid, I genuinely expected at least the most basic necessities — clean bedding, proper water supply, and reasonable facilities. Unfortunately, even these basic expectations were not met. Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing and absolutely not worth the money. I have never experienced a hotel stay where something as basic as water became such a major problem. This is definitely my first and last stay at this hotel. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable stay.
