    Booked through Agoda, reception is not accepting my booking, then why they confirmed my booking after payment.they got payment before arrival and we get suffer after arrival,got room after 3hours waiting

    No AC at all in the entire hotel. Photos of the rooms are fake. No western toilet for older people. No power backup. Not at all recomended for Family and couple

    When I was visited at property. I don't like property atmosphere. Only couples using this hotel on hourly basis. I have booked this hotel for family 3 adults and 2 kids but at reception the person asking me to 1200/- for kids seperately in spite of i was booked for 5 people's and show the same at reception. Hence I was not used this hotel. I was called to agoda customer care for refund as well and they have speak with hotel and denied for refund. I will request agoda team to please look into this matter and refund the booking amount.
