The location was great being very close to Roma Termine station where all the public transport is so it was easy for us to get around! Also had amenities like cotton pad and qtip, which was nice. The hair dryer was a bit old and not very clean but otherwise, the bedroom and bathroom were clean and had enough space to move around.

The proximity to the termini station and the metro is its strongest advantage. The reception is pleasant and the lobby is well decorated. I booked a single standard so understandably the space is tiny and dingy but comfortable. I appreciated that the bathroom is spacious and amenities are well equipped. I did not opt for breakfast so cannot commend but there are enough cafes and eateries around the hotel to satisfy one’s needs. It’s an ok stay if you are alone and staying for a few days. For larger numbers or if you are coming with family members, look somewhere else.

One of the worst hotel experience. I booked a double room but received a single room, didn’t bother to rectify it but to ask me to contact Agoda. Room was very dated, old and not comfortable. The room temperature was way too high and the heater kept making weird loud noises in the middle of the night. Only good thing was the politeness of the staff. They were polite but not very professional in dealing with issues. The location is nice but there are plenty of hotels to choose from in the area.
