    During my stay, there was a power cut. After waiting for half an hour, I called the reception to ask why the generator hadn't been turned on. To my shock, I was told they don't even have a generator. In this day and age, a basic power backup is an essential amenity. Sitting in the dark for an extended period was highly inconvenient and definitely not what I expected from a hotel in this category. I hope the management invests in a backup system soon.
