    The location of this hotel is absolutely top-notch, but unfortunately, the service quality doesn't match the view. A few points that soured the experience: - Hidden Costs: Despite being in a hill station during winter, we were charged an extra 200/- for a room heater. It’s a basic necessity that was mentioned in their details; charging extra for it felt like a poor customer experience move. - Lack of Privacy: The staff frequently barged into the room just to ask about water, and we received unnecessary calls from reception. It was quite disruptive. - Dining: The food was very basic and nothing to write home about. It’s a good hotel, but the staff’s approach and lack of professionalism really hindered the overall experience.
