    Terrible service. The room didn’t even have a telephone directory to contact reception, and there was no kettle provided. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. There were so many staff standing at the reception counter, yet no one seemed helpful when assistance was needed. I’m genuinely surprised this place has such high Google ratings—I honestly don’t understand how. Instead of asking guests to leave 5-star reviews, focus on providing the basic amenities and good customer service. If you do what’s necessary, the positive ratings will come naturally.

    ✅ near ✅ safe ✅ temple view don't expect a super clean room. for night stay, it is managable. but for the price, breakfast is not provided so it is pricey

    We visited the temple, [ Kala Hasthi ] which is opposite our MGM hotel.

    We checked in on 27 Jan 2026 and the hotel was kind enough to upgrade our booking to suite. The room was very clean and bed was neatly done. The toilet upkeep was not consumerate with the cost they are charging. The restaurant upkeep was far from even normal but rates are exorbitant. A cup of tea costs 60 inr. However in all honesty one of the better places for a comfortable stay to visit Srikalahasti. The ares of improvement can be front office who never took my calls and when asked at check in time said they don't have staff. The rest rooms can be redone and restaurant more professionaly managed. This is the minimum expectation when we are charged inr 4000 per day. A super infrastructure awaiting to be more professionally managed.
