The staff is very friendly and helps to pick up luggage and drop it into car. Reception person was also good. They provide dormitory for driver (upto 5 capacity). The rooms were very clean and well maintained. They provided towels, drinking water, soap and shampoo. There is tv in room and we did not use it. Wash room was also well maintained. There is lift and adequate parking. The hotel meets the requirement for a pilgrimage travel. If you can walk hotel is about 500 meters from one of the temple entrance. There is no restaurant within the building (we did not expect it)

Bluestone 2 is best hotel in Srikalahasti, we stayed many times in this hotel. Family, group teams for all it can be the best hotel.
One tip is offline they say 1.5x or 2x some times, so better to book online and go👍

Neat and clean rooms. Very close to Sri Kalahasti Temple just walkable distance.

Issue 1) TV did not function.
Issue 2) Exhaust fan sound is Horrible even after closing bathroom doors.
Both issues reported to front office and they sent staff to attend but they could not resolve.
And then Manager himself attended and he too did not Resolve issues (alternately, he could have changed room as many rooms were vacant, but did not), and his response was arrogant. In service industry this kind of response is NOT AT ALL ACCEPTABLE.
