    the location is exellent. there are blue line and green line subway in walking distance and it's in the center of Rossio. the breakfast is fresh and plenty of different things. the staff are considerate. we would live here for our next trip in Lisbon.

    An excellent hotel in a wonderful location. The staff were very helpful—especially the reception team, who accommodated our request for a higher-floor room; we got one with a balcony and a stunning view of the square. They also told us about local attractions, gave us a map, and even lent us a corkscrew :) Many thanks to them. The main downsides: the fridge barely cooled—there was clearly something wrong with it. Also, the poor breakfast was a real letdown. It was exactly the same all three mornings, featuring the same unappetizing, watery omelet—scrambled eggs would have been better. I think they really ought to change something up; it wouldn't be hard to do.
