    Hotel was a 5 minute walk to tram or trains. Easy way to get around. Room clean and comfortable. Missed having access to tea and coffee facilities in the room, however breakfast was great. Good location for restaurants, staff were auper helpful. Especially as we didn't speak Italian, there advice was much appreciated

    The hotel was awesome — very clean, and transportation was easy and convenient to access. The front desk employee, Mr. Massimo, was especially polite, super friendly, and very welcoming. He made the stay even better.
