Hotel Marvic

The deluxe room we booked under my husbands name was very small so we paid to upgrade to a suite for the first 4 days with a kitchen and much more room. Modern, clean and the only issues were there were no dish cloths to dry dishes, the food chopper/processor had no base so was unusable, the water in the pool felt slimy so we never got to use it, and had a hard time connecting to internet. But it was only about a 5 min walk to the beach and the front staff were there 24/7 and some spoke English which was very helpful . We decided to stay an extra 2 days because the hotel was so nice . Our room was sold out so we booked 2 nights in the master suite which was unbelievably huge and beautifully appointed and decorated with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and even 3 TVs. Unfortunately the water feature in the fridge wasn’t working so we had to run down to the 4th floor anytime we wanted potable water . But in the scheme of things these were minor issues compared to the hotel we stayed at the first week we arrived when no one was there to let us in and no way to contact anyone . Marvic was a wonderful stay and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there !! The only other issue we had which needs to be addressed is that we were charged an Eco fee and hotel service charge which we do not see on the Agoda Site so this came as a surprise that these fees needed to be paid upon arrival at the hotel
