No hot water No towels Not heating Furniture was too bad Pillows and blankets were not good The check-in was fast

We will not recommend. We came that the room was not prepared the guy told us that the check in time was 2pm but in agoda site anytime until 4pm can check in. We waited till 12:30pm. When we came to the room the king size bed was only double size. Room was very small. Not clean. Bathroom was dirty. There was no heater in the shower. No plug ins in the bathroom. There was a blower but cannot be used. No complimentary shampoo and soap. No towels. We are three persons but they only give one. Full of dust. Very noisy. When we checked out they said chdcked out time was 11 am when it was 12nn. They are not organized. Better to find another hotel with the same price. This one is the worst. Yes its in the middle of the tourist spots but not worrth every penny

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! Having paid *** for three nights, I was hoping to get modest accommodation, without breakfast, not far from the centre of Berlin. I had to wait a long time and get nervous while they opened the locked door through which an answering machine spoke to me. Since it was morning, my room was understandably not ready yet, and I was told to come back later. When I finally arrived in the evening at my third (fourth) floor without a lift, I saw a dirty room, a clogged carpet, and cheap, worn-out furniture. The bathroom was cleaner, but there was nothing in it except toilet paper and leftover liquid soap! This hotel doesn't even provide a single towel. There is no kettle, no refrigerator, and no TV in the room. Instead, there is dirt. It is impossible to find the staff: there is no place where they are located and no telephone number. You don't even know who to turn to in order to return the keys when leaving this hotel, which is what I did after one night, unable to stand it any longer and finding myself another place to stay for the remaining two nights. It turned out that one night cost me *** and the humiliation of staying in such a miserable place. It would probably suit Somali refugees crossing over to Europe by boat, but not at that price. Incidentally, three Afghan guys rented the same room altogether two floors below for only *** a night. It was my first time booking through AGODA, and I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone. Later, I saw how many negative reviews there were about Agoda on the internet. Nobody will return my money back for two nights and compensation for the lost time and emotional distress! Alla, Azerbaijan
