    Good basic hotel in a great location in Vieux Quebec.

    We enjoyed our stay. The location was fantastic in a quiet part of the old town.

    Basic, clean accommodations. Staff friendly and helpful. We had room 1 on ground floor with window looking out on to the park. Expensive, but everything in the old section of Quebec City is super expensive.

    Terrible experience ever I was in this hotel at about 10 pm and the door was locked. I didn't get any password so I needed to stand in front of hotel and I couldn't call to the hotel cuz I'm a foreigner tourist. I kept send them agoda message but they didn't reply til now. A kind visitor found me and opened the door but about 30 mins, I felt really terrible and scared. Tomorrow morning , I told about last experience but the woman in reception (Asian woman) said, now you have a key. She didn't apology.
